Close ScheduFlow completely by clicking exit
Right Click the Start button. Not Left Click
Click Terminal (Admin) -> Paste the following:
Remove-Item "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\Duoserve\ScheduFlow16\ScheduFlow16.config" -Force
Reopen ScheduFlow and check if the issue is resolved.
